This program explores the question So how do I really quit smoking? During this program, participants can expect to gain basic information on tobacco use, some ideas on how to quit, and what services UNCG offers for students, faculty and staff who wish to quit smoking. NOTE: This program will not serve as a group for students or others who want to quit smoking. For that please contact the Wellness Center for Smoking Cessation offerings.
